How does the role change over the growth phase? And what makes a great CTO — what skills are needed and how can one acquire them? \n \n\n \n Key Learnings\n What You Will Learn\n \n Understand the CTO role in depth\n \n What defines the role of a CTO in a startup and which are the most important roles she has to work with?\n What skills does a CTO need and how can one acquire them?
