Event Overview
We are delighted to announce the upcoming ELLIS Unit Milan & RIKEN AIP Joint ELIAS Workshop, a two-day collaborative event aimed at fostering deep connections and exchanging cutting-edge ideas in AI research.
Taking place at the University of Milan, this workshop brings together leading researchers with special participation from the ELIAS Network, the ELLIS Unit Milan, and RIKEN AIP (Advanced Intelligence Project, Japan).
What to Expect
The scientific program features a dynamic series of short talks, each consisting of a 20-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A. These sessions are designed to spark dialogue, highlight recent breakthroughs, and build bridges between the European and Japanese AI research communities.

- In-Person: Attendance at the University of Milan is strictly limited to researchers from ELLIS Milan and RIKEN AIP.
- Virtual/Streaming: All talks will be live-streamed exclusively for partners of the ELIAS Consortium and RIKEN AIP, enabling broader remote engagement and cross-border collaboration.
