About

The ELIAS Node Copenhagen brings together partners with complementary competencies essential for integrating computer science into relevant solutions and achievements. This node plays a central role in a dynamic ecosystem focused on AI, fostering innovation and collaboration among stakeholders.

Vision

The ELIAS Node Copenhagen supports entrepreneurial behavior in students and researchers, and the maturity of the startup landscape through activities in computer science, large language models and foundation models. The node will coordinate the competences and resources to create the necessary synergies. This includes the access to HPC resources found at local, national and European level.

Activities



Entrepreneurship

Activities within entrepreneurship at University of Copenhagen mostly take place at UCPH Lighthouse. Go to their homepage to have a look for yourself and see their offerings including seminars, master classes and events here.



Education

One of the key initiatives in Entrepreneurship education in Computer Science is the PhD summer school at the Pioneer Centre. The summer school is known as the Young Researcher Entrepreneurship Bootcamp (YREB), and focuses on building entrepreneurial capacity in young researchers in computer and data science. Research
